What are the prices in?

How do I order?
You can order on-line, over the phone or by mailing us your order and shipping information and a money order to us.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards and money orders only.
What about Cash on Delivery’s (CODs)?
Driedpoppies.com no longer accept CODs. Sorry.
My credit card doesn’t work. What do I do?
Try the following :
- Check to make sure your credit card billing address and the address you entered on the site are exactly the same.
- Try a different card – your card might not allow online transactions
- Send a money order
- Call in to speak with one of our customer support staff at (Tel)
Can I get a discount for bulk or multiple orders?
Yes. To find out the details, please call to speak to our sales staff at driedpoppies.com.
Do you charge me straight away?
No, we don’t. At driedpoppies.com, we only charge you on the day that we ship your order out. We do request an authorisation from your card to charge your card when you make the order but do not actually charge you till we ship your order out.
Shipping
How do you ship?
We ship our products via UPS across the world.
How long does it take for you to ship?
Normal processing time is 1-2 business days. In rare cases, due to high demand, it might take 3-4 business days. In such cases, call in to speak with our customer support staff.
How long does it take to ship to me?
Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen. In general, it takes 5 – 7 days for orders to arrive using UPS standard in North America and 2 weeks internationally.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No.
What are your poppy pods packaged in?
All boxes are sent in unmarked brown boxes, either by UPS or XPress Post
Can I track my order if you’re using UPS?
Yes. Driedpoppies.com sends you your UPS tracking number of your order in 1 business day of it leaving our warehouse.
Guarantee
What if I’m not happy with my poppy pods?
Driedpoppies.com guarantee that you will 100% satisfied with your pods. If you are not, you can return them to us. Read more about our guarantee policy at (link)
Is this guarantee for real? What if I just didn’t like the look of the pods?
It’s for real. If you don’t like our pods, we will refund your money as per our guarantee policy (link).
