Guarantee Policy
Driedpoppies.com guarantees that you will be 100% satisfied with your poppy pods. If you are not satisfied with the pods for any reason, we will refund your money under the following conditions:
- No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Please call or email our staff and we would be glad to issue this number.
- Refunds will be issued to the purchasing credit card or the address and name from which the money order was sent
- Amount returned is minus original shipping charges.
- A minimum of 95% of the order must be returned to driedpoppies.com within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
- Refund Policy does not apply to any special promotions or sales, upgrades or wholesale orders
